DA USA’s mission is to provide disaster aid and relief world-wide, relying on the Guiding Principles of Rotary and the Rotary 4-Way Test, with a Board of Directors from every Rotarian Zone in the USA.
DAUSA is an American Rotary project run by Americans.
Disaster Aid USA operates with full transparency, accountability, oversight and professionalism that are expected of genuine Rotary projects.
Disaster Aid USA, INC. was incorporated as a non-profit corporation is Washington, DC on 6/18/2010.
It has 501(c)3 status as a public non-profit. (All donations to DAUSA are tax deductible)
Disaster Aid USA is a Project of the Rotary Club of Bladensburg, MD.
Disaster Aid USA incorporates the following:
- Board of Directors- All active Rotarians, or Rotaractors
- Advisory Board
- Paid and Volunteer staff
- Ambassadors- Volunteers who share the mission of DAUSA with others
- Disaster Aid Response Team members (DARTs)
